Price range for container loading and unloading services at seaports

On July 1, 2024, the Minister of Transportation issued Decision No. 811/QD-BGTVT 2024 regulating the price range for container loading and unloading services at Vietnamese seaports.

This Decision regulates prices and price frames excluding VAT for domestic, import, export, temporary import, re-export, transit, and transshipment container loading and unloading services.

This Decision applies to:

• Containerized goods that are transported between two bridges and ports in the interior of Vietnam;
• Containerized goods that are loaded at Vietnam's last seaport and bridge to foreign ports;
• Containerized goods coming from foreign ports that are unloaded at Vietnam's first seaport and bridge.

This Decision takes effect from July 1, 2024.
