On December 12, 2023, Vietnam Social Insurance issued Official Dispatch No. 4195/BHXH-CYST on instructions for signing health insurance medical examination and treatment contracts. Accordingly: +Continue to sign the Health Insurance Medical Examination contract according to the instructions of Vietnam Social Insurance +Content of health insurance medical examination and treatment contract according to Form No. 7, Appendix issued with Decree No. 75/2023/ND-CP. This Official Dispatch takes effect from December 12, 2023

| 2.Payment of pensions and social insurance benefits for January and February 2024.
On December 13, 2023 Vietnam Social Insurance issued Official Dispatch No.4210/BHXH-TCKT regarding Payment of pensions and social insurance benefits for January and February 2024. Accordingly: Vietnam Social Security provides funds to pay pensions and social insurance benefits in January and February 2024 to the social insurance agencies of provinces and centrally-run cities in the same period as pension and social insurance benefits in January 2024 ( including beneficiaries receiving in cash and receiving via personal accounts). This Official Dispatch takes effect from December 13,2023. |
