(SB Law) On July 17, 2012, Hanoi People’s Committee decided to issue the Investment Certificate for the project of MANIKYA CREATIONS PVT LTD in Vietnam under the name Exim CoVietnam Company Limited.
Investor – MANIKYA CREATIONS PVT LTD – an Indian company, located in6/3533-A, Ragarpura, Karol Bagh, New Delhi, India, with main business in consumer products trading.
When entering into Vietnamese market, the investor will establish the company and conduct the export-import right under the Vietnamese Law and international commitments on opening market.
In the process of investment research, the investor received the legal support from lawyers of S&B Law to access the business market of Vietnam.
After the establishment of the Company, hopefully the investor will contribute to the development of economic-sociality of Hanoi in particular and Vietnam in general.
