Establishment of the Appraisal Council for the Investment Proposal Report of the National Drug Prevention and Control Program to 2030.

On July 9, 2024, the Prime Minister issued Decision 612/QD-TTg on the establishment of the State Appraisal Council to appraise the Investment Policy Proposal Report of the National Target Program for Drug Prevention and Control. until 2030. Specifically as follows:

1. Establish the State Appraisal Council to appraise the Report proposing investment policies for the National Target Program on Drug Prevention and Control to 2030 as follows:

- Chairman of the Council: Minister of Planning and Investment;

- Vice Chairman of the Council: Deputy Minister of Planning and Investment;

- Council members include:

• Leaders of Ministries: Finance; Industry and Trade; Build; Natural Resources and Environment; Agriculture and Rural Development;...
• Leader of the Ethnic Committee;
• Leader of the State Bank of Vietnam.

2. Agencies with members of the State Appraisal Council must send nominating documents to the Council's standing agency before July 12, 2024. The Council dissolves itself after completing its duties.

The Decision takes effect from July 9, 2024
