The firm also handles traditional dispute resolution and acts for international companies. The practice, led by Nguyen Thanh Ha, defended state owned company Petrol Manning JSC against the execution of a foreign arbitration award from the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre for Steelco Trading. The court found the foreign arbitration contract void because of the irrelevant authority of the representative of the client.
