On April 4, 2024, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Circular No. 2232/BCT-TTTN regarding the management of petroleum business operations.
The Ministry of Industry and Trade announced the base prices for commonly consumed petroleum products in the market as follows:
- E5RON92 gasoline increased by 291 dong per liter to 23,916 Vietnamese dong per liter.
- RON95-III gasoline decreased by 15 dong per liter to 24,801 Vietnamese dong per liter.
- Diesel 0.05S increased by 295 dong per liter to 20,988 dong per liter.
- Kerosene increased by 136 Vietnamese dong per liter to 21,015 Vietnamese dong per liter.
Mazut 180CST3.5S increased by 151 Vietnamese dong per liter to 17,926 Vietnamese dong per liter.
The implementation time is determined by petroleum business operators and distributors, but it cannot be earlier than 3:00 PM on April 4, 2024 for price increases or later than 3:00 PM on April 4, 2024 for price reductions.
