Decision 277/QĐ-TTg 2024 was issued by the Prime Minister on April 4, 2024. This decision approves the plan to simplify 18 priority internal administrative procedures within the scope of the Ministry of Finance.
According to this decision, the Ministry of Finance is assigned to coordinate with relevant ministries and agencies to draft documents to implement the approved simplification of internal administrative procedures, and submit them to the competent level as prescribed. Notably, some procedures are as follows:
- Payment of costs related to selling assets on land, transferring land use rights.
- Procedure for rearranging and handling houses and land of central agencies, organizations, units, and enterprises in provinces and cities (excluding Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, Can Tho, Hai Phong).
- Procedure: The process of rearranging and handling houses and land of central level I agencies, organizations, units, and enterprises in the cities: Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, Can Tho, Hai Phong
This Decision takes effect from April 4, 2024.
