May 18, 2023, the signing ceremony of the cooperation agreement (MOU) between SBLAW Co., Ltd. (“SBLAW”) and BRAINWORKS Co., Ltd.(“BRAINWORKS”) took place in Tokyo, Japan. The signing ceremony was attended by Mr. Nguyen Thanh Ha, Chairman of SBLAW Company and Mr. KONDO NOBORU, General Director of BRAINWORKS Company. This is an important event, marking a new cooperation between the two parties in research activities, exploiting business opportunities, conducting investment promotion and trade promotion activities with domestic and foreign investors.

BRAINWORKS is a corporation headquartered in Tokyo, Japan, specializing in providing business support services, PR, human resource training, information and research for small and medium-sized businesses. BRAINWORKS has branches in Vietnam, China, Cambodia and Malaysia.
The MOU is the basis for enhancing the cooperation relationship between the two parties, promoting the strengths of each party to connect, support each other in the process of operation and development. The two parties also commit to provide information on potential customers, market information, investment projects; provide consulting services related to project implementation for investors; promote the image and reputation of the two parties in the business community of Vietnam and Japan.
The main contents of the MOU include:
(1) Participating in programs, projects, cooperation, conducting investment promotion, trade promotion activities for common interests; exchanging knowledge and business opportunities with domestic and foreign investors based on the expertise and experience of each Party;
(2) Leading and participating in conferences, seminars, workshops, exhibitions and meetings related to the common interests of the Parties;
(3) Other forms of cooperation will be agreed by the parties including regular meetings between the two parties;
(4) Minimizing any costs incurred between the two parties to optimize profits as well as benefits for both parties.
Through this MOU, both parties hope to expand and establish a cooperation framework to enhance common interests. The cooperation between SBLAW and BRAINWORKS, with a foundation that has been built for many years, is expected to achieve practical and meaningful development steps.
