With the goal of building a strong, well-connected, and continuously growing team, on May 30th, SBLAW’s CEO – Ms. Thu Tina – organized an internal training workshop titled “Teamwork Skills – Effective Collaboration for Sustainable Growth”, featuring two guest speakers: Mr. Dinh Thanh Tung and Mr. Nguyen Huu Thai.
The workshop not only provided fundamental knowledge on teamwork skills but also served as a valuable opportunity for every SBLAW member to reflect on the importance of collaboration in a professional working environment. Through practical content and engaging interactive activities, the program deepened the team’s understanding of principles for building team spirit, enhancing coordination, managing conflicts constructively, and jointly achieving shared goals.
A special highlight of the training session was the open sharing spirit, proactive learning attitude, and the spread of SBLAW’s core values – fostering a close-knit family where everyone is always ready to support, protect, and accompany one another through every challenge.
The workshop is part of SBLAW’s regular internal training series, reflecting the company’s commitment to investing in human development. This is also the solid foundation on which SBLAW aims to build a modern, compassionate, and sustainably developing legal organization in the future.
