SB Law Accompanies the National Legal Portal
On the morning of May 31, 2025, at the Government Headquarters, Prime Minister Phạm Minh Chính presided over the launch ceremony of the National Legal Portal – a modern, integrated legal platform designed to be citizen- and business-friendly in the digital era. In his speech at the event, the Prime Minister emphasized:
“The launch of the National Legal Portal marks a new step forward in building and perfecting the socialist rule-of-law state of Vietnam, promoting the development of a digital government, and moving towards a modern, transparent, efficient, and citizen- and business-centered public administration.”
The National Legal Portal (https://phapluat.gov.vn/) serves as a reliable address providing comprehensive, accurate, and timely access to legal normative documents. It also functions as a platform for receiving public feedback and recommendations, collecting opinions on draft legal documents, offering legal support for businesses, and providing legal aid to individuals and organizations. The Portal incorporates artificial intelligence (AI) technology to automatically respond to legal inquiries, aiming to serve the public’s legal reference and application needs more comprehensively and effectively in the digital age.
The Portal is expected to become an official, highly credible, and constantly updated source, effectively meeting the public’s and enterprises’ needs in accessing legal information and policies. Its integration of diverse functions within a single platform helps create a comprehensive, user-friendly legal ecosystem that enhances legal support services in today’s digital era.
