1. Develop K-12 school system

- Identify suitable locations for school set-up

- Advise on legal process for the construction and development of the school campus (All legal steps until granting of Construction License)

- Advise on legal process for school establishment (Granting of education operation license and School Establishment License)

- Advise for the development and approval process for Language Support Program (Decision 72) and Integrated program between Vietnamese national curriculum and international curriculum (Decree 86/2018)

- Advise on other legal requirements for K-12 schools

2. Establishment of English center, IT center, etc

- Advise on the legal process for approval of education operation of English center, IT center and other centers.

- Advise on facility and HR requirements for approval of education operation of English center, IT center and other centers.

- Advise and review legal documents for approval of education operation of English center, IT center and other centers.

- Provide other services, following requirements from clients

3. Services for study abroad and scholarship

- Connect high schools, study abroad centers & language centers with Universities and Scholarship Fund from the US and Europe to provide education programs and scholarships for Vietnamese students.

- Advise on the operation model and management system of study abroad center; Training to develop advisory and academic team for the center

4. Other advisory services

- Advise on the establishment of legal entity in education and training in Vietnam

- Provide other services for investors and partners in education and training in Vietnam, following specific requirements from investors and partners.
