On May 17, 2013, LLM Nguyen Tien Hoa, Director of SB Law HCMC Branch, worked with Department of Science and Technology of Soc Trang province to register, manage and develop the certified trademark and intellectual property in the province.
In this meeting, Mr. Hoa presented the legal and practical foundation of the protection and management of intellectual property in Soc Trang province in particular and Mekong Delta in general. Mr. Hoa highlighted the benefit to the farmers and customers on using the products of the local area.
The leaders of the Department of Science and Technology of Soc Trang province highly appreciated the qualification of SB Law and desired to have the support of SB Law in protection of intellectual property.
