(SB Law) In the program of supporting localities across the country to establish and protect the Intellectual Property, on 10th May 2013, lawyer Pham Duy Khuong, the Director of Intellectual Property SB Law had a meeting with the Council for Science and Technology in Lang Son province.
At the meeting, Mr. Pham Duy Khuong stated a presentation of establishing and protecting the Intellectual Property rights of Hoa Hoi Lang Son product.
For a long time, Hoa Hoi product has been a famous product in Lang Son province. However, their company needs a strategy to establish and protect the Intellectual Property rights for this product in order to provide products high value and bring benefits to clients.
Mr. Khuong, in his presentation, stated the scientific basis, legal basis, and the plan operation as well as the capacity of SB Law in legal support in order to help Lang Son province protect this product successfully.
The Council for Science and Technology appreciated highly the presentation. This presentation also had contributions, argued, and clarified the scientific basis, legal basis and the plan operation.
In 2013-2014, the S&B Law leaders determined one of the key tasks. This is to assist localities across the country of protecting their Intellectual Property successfully in Vietnam and foreign markets. It is a social responsibility of enterprise.
Hopefully, after the meeting, Hoa Hoi Lang Son products will have a famous trademark in the future.
