On 7th December 2013, the Management Board of the Vietnamese Lawyer Club invited Lawyer Nguyen Thanh Ha, President, Manager partner of SB Law to the seminar of the Industrial Property protection of Vietnamese corporates.
At the seminar, Mr.Nguyen Thanh Ha stated the following issues:
1. The overview about the objects of Industrial Property rights.
2. Some issues about the infringements relating to Industrial Property objects.
3. The experience of processing violations.
After the seminar, lawyers in the club alson questioned around the enforcement measures of Intellectual Property rights in Vietnam, the difficulties and obstacles that entrepreneurs face.
The seminar was successful.
