Draft Decree detailing some articles of the Residence Law

The Ministry of Public Security is drafting a Decree detailing some articles of the Residence Law. There will be a Decree on new permanent and temporary residence registration (replacing Decree 62/2021/ND-CP). Regulations on permanent residence registration for newborns and issues of cancellation of permanent and temporary residence registration, the draft Decree has amended all articles in Chapter II and added 03 new articles compared to the regulations of Decree 62/2021/ND-CP.
